Unser Affiliate- & Partnership-Bereich steht am Anfang einer entscheidenden Wachstumsphase. Jetzt suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die unser Influencer-, Creator- und Affiliate-Ökosystem operativ und strategisch weiterentwickelt, skaliert und zu einem zentralen Umsatz- und Wachstumstreiber der Marke macht.

Wir bauen eines der führenden Social- & Influencer-getriebenen Affiliate- und Partnership-Programme im internationalen Fashion-Markt auf. Dafür suchen wir keinen Verwalter, sondern eine starke Senior-Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität, die Partnerschaften aktiv gestaltet, Communities aufbaut und Performance messbar steigert.

DEIN IMPACT

Operative und strategische Verantwortung für den Aufbau, die Skalierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Affiliate- & Partnership-Programms mit starkem Fokus auf Influencer, Creator und Social Commerce
Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Influencer- & Creator-Partnerschaften mit Fokus auf Performance, Vertrauen und Community-Building (kein One-Off-Denken)
Identifikation, Akquise und Bindung relevanter Creator, Publisher, Markenbotschafter und Plattformen
Steuerung und Optimierung von Kampagnen über Affiliate-Tools, Social Media und Creator-Plattformen mit Fokus auf Umsatz, ROAS, CAC und LTV
Entwicklung innovativer Influencer-Affiliate-Modelle, Referral-Mechaniken und communitybasierter Incentives
Analyse von Social-, Creator- und Plattform-Trends sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung konkreter Growth-Maßnahmen
Eigenständige Verhandlungen mit Netzwerken, Plattformen und Tool-Anbietern mit klarer Performance- und ROI-Orientierung

WARUM DU ZU UNS PASST

Mindestens 3–5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Affiliate- und/oder Influencer-Marketing, idealerweise im Fashion-, Lifestyle-, Fitness- oder Health-Umfeld
Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung von Affiliate- & Influencer-Programmen
Stark ausgeprägte Hunter- & Relationship-Mentalität: Du akquirierst Partnerschaften aktiv und entwickelst sie strategisch weiter
Tiefes Verständnis für Tracking, Attribution, Social Funnels, Conversion-Optimierung und Creator-Performance
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
Ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Influencer-, Creator- oder Affiliate-Szene ist ein großes Plus
Leidenschaft für Social Media, Community Building, Fashion und digitale Trends

Our Affiliate & Partnerships function is entering a decisive growth phase. We are now looking for an experienced senior professional who will further develop, scale, and strengthen our influencer, creator, and affiliate ecosystem – both operationally and strategically – and turn it into a key revenue and growth driver for the brand.

We are building one of the leading social- and influencer-driven affiliate and partnerships programs in the international fashion market. For this, we are not looking for an administrator, but for a strong senior personality with a hands-on mindset – someone who actively shapes partnerships, builds communities, and drives measurable performance.

YOUR IMPACT

Operational and strategic ownership of the build-up, scaling, and continuous development of our affiliate & partnerships program, with a strong focus on influencers, creators, and social commerce
Building and managing long-term influencer and creator partnerships based on performance, trust, and community building (no one-off thinking)
Identifying, acquiring, and retaining relevant creators, publishers, brand ambassadors, and platforms
Managing and optimizing campaigns across affiliate tools, social media, and creator platforms with a clear focus on revenue, ROAS, CAC, and LTV
Developing innovative influencer-affiliate models, referral mechanics, and community-based incentives
Analyzing social, creator, and platform trends and translating insights into concrete growth initiatives
Independently negotiating with networks, platforms, and tool providers with a strong performance- and ROI-driven mindset

WHY YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US

3–5+ years of relevant experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, fitness, or health
Proven experience in building and scaling affiliate and influencer programs
Strong hunter and relationship-builder mentality: you actively close partnerships and develop them strategically
Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, social funnels, conversion optimization, and creator performance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
An existing network within the influencer, creator, or affiliate ecosystem is a strong plus
Passion for social media, community building, fashion, and digital trends
Hands-on mentality, strong ownership, and the drive to deliver measurable results
