Du verantwortest den gesamten Hiring-Prozess – von Active Sourcing bis Vertragsabschluss
Du findest Menschen, die zu uns passen – fachlich und menschlich – und holst sie an Bord
Du berätst unsere Teams und Führungskräfte in allen Recruiting-Fragen und bringst Strukturen & Klarheit
Du analysierst KPIs, optimierst Prozesse und machst unser Recruiting noch smarter
Du prägst mit, wie wir wachsen – nicht nur schnell, sondern gesund und gemeinsam
Du entwickelst neue Formate & Channels, um Creamy/CFAB als moderne Arbeitgebermarke zu positionieren

Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting inklusive Active Sourcing mit – idealerweise aus einem Startup oder E-Commerce Umfeld
Du bist kommunikativ, strukturiert und kannst andere für unsere Brand begeistern
Du hast ein Gespür für Menschen und verstehst, worauf es im Cultural Fit wirklich ankommt
Du denkst unternehmerisch, lösungsorientiert – und hast Lust, mit uns zu skalieren
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch
