Unser Affiliate- & Partnership-Bereich steht am Anfang einer großen Skalierungsphase. Jetzt suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die unser Influencer-, Creator- und Affiliate-Ökosystem strategisch aufbaut, international weiterentwickelt und zu einem der stärksten Wachstumstreiber der Marke macht.

Wir bauen eines der führenden Social- & Influencer-getriebenen Affiliate- und Partnership-Programme im internationalen Fashion-Markt auf. Dafür suchen wir keinen Verwalter, sondern einen Visionär mit Hands-on-Mentalität, jemanden, der Netzwerke nicht nur managt, sondern Communities formt, Partnerschaften emotional auflädt und nachhaltig skaliert.

DEIN IMPACT

Du verantwortest den strategischen Aufbau, die Skalierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Affiliate- & Partnership-Programms mit starkem Fokus auf Influencer, Creator und Social Commerce.
Du entwickelst langfristige Influencer- & Creator-Partnerschaften, die auf Vertrauen, Performance und Community-Building basieren, kein klassisches One-Off-Denken.
Du identifizierst, akquirierst und bindest die relevantesten Creator, Publisher, Markenbotschafter und Plattformen und baust ein globales Partnernetzwerk auf.
Du steuerst Kampagnen datengetrieben über Social Media, Affiliate-Tools und Creator-Plattformen, optimierst ROAS, CAC und LTV und treibst aktiv Umsatz und Markenwert.
Du entwickelst innovative Influencer-Affiliate-Modelle, Referral-Mechaniken und Community-basierte Incentives.
Du erkennst Social-, Creator- und Plattform-Trends frühzeitig und setzt Growth-Strategien und Experimente konsequent um.
Du verhandelst eigenverantwortlich mit Netzwerken, Creator-Tools und Plattformen, mit klarem Performance-Fokus und unternehmerischem Mindset.

WARUM DU ZU UNS PASST

Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Affiliate- oder Influencer-Marketing in den Bereichen Fashion, Fitness, Lifestyle oder Health, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
Du verstehst, wie authentische Creator-Bindung nachhaltiges Wachstum erzeugt.
Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Skalierung von Influencer- & Affiliate-Programmen
Stark ausgeprägte Hunter- & Relationship-Mentalität: Du schließt Partnerschaften ab und entwickelst sie strategisch weiter
Tiefes Verständnis von Tracking, Attribution, Social Funnels, Conversion-Optimierung und Creator-Performance
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
Ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Influencer-, Creator- oder Affiliate-Szene ist ein starkes Plus

Our Affiliate & Partnerships division is at the beginning of an exciting scaling phase. We are now looking for an experienced leader to strategically build, internationally expand and turn our influencer, creator and affiliate ecosystem into one of the brand’s strongest growth drivers.

Our goal is to build one of the leading social- and influencer-driven affiliate and partnership programs in the international fashion market. We are not looking for an administrator, but for a visionary with a hands-on mindset – someone who doesn’t just manage networks, but shapes communities, builds emotional partnerships and scales them sustainably.

YOUR IMPACT

You take full ownership of the strategic build-up, scaling and continuous development of our Affiliate & Partnerships program, with a strong focus on influencers, creators and social commerce.
You develop long-term influencer and creator partnerships based on trust, performance and community building – no short-term, one-off collaborations.
You identify, acquire and retain the most relevant creators, publishers, brand ambassadors and platforms, building a global partner ecosystem.
You manage campaigns in a data-driven way across social media, affiliate tools and creator platforms, optimizing ROAS, CAC and LTV while actively driving revenue and brand value.
You design innovative influencer affiliate models, referral mechanics and community-based incentive structures.
You spot social, creator and platform trends early and consistently execute growth strategies and experiments.
You independently negotiate with networks, creator tools and platforms, with a clear performance focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ideally, you bring experience or a strong affinity for fashion, fitness, lifestyle or health and understand how authentic creator relationships drive sustainable growth.

WHY YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US

At least 3–5 years of experience in affiliate, influencer or performance marketing, ideally with leadership responsibility
Proven experience in building and scaling influencer and affiliate programs
A strong hunter and relationship mindset: you close partnerships and develop them strategically
Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, social funnels, conversion optimization and creator performance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
An existing network in the influencer, creator or affiliate space is a strong plus
Passion for social media, community building, fashion and digital trends
