Als Senior Accountant (m/w/d) bist du das finanzielle Herzstück von Creamy Fabrics.

Du bist nicht nur die Schnittstelle zwischen Buchhaltung, Controlling und Steuerberatung, sondern auch ein strategischer Partner für die Geschäftsführung.

DEIN IMPACT

Vorbereitung, Verantwortung und Unterstützung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
Selbstständige Durchführung und Analyse der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
Betreuung und Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse im Onlinehandel (Shop-Systeme, Payment-Provider, ERP)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater, Controller und Geschäftsführung
Abstimmung von Konten
Ansprechpartner für alle steuerliche Themen des Unternehmens

WARUM DU ZU UNS PASST

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter/Finanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, Steuerberatung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung bevorzugt im E-Commerce oder digitalem Umfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV
Verständnis für Online-Zahlungsflüsse (z. B. PayPal, Klarna, Stripe) und Transaktionen
Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, idealerweise auch Englischkenntnisse

YOUR IMPACT

Preparation, responsibility, and support of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
Independent execution and analysis of ongoing financial accounting
Support and optimization of accounting processes in online commerce (shop systems, payment providers, ERP)
Close collaboration with tax advisors, controllers, and management
Reconciliation of accounts
Contact person for all tax-related matters of the company

WHY YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US

Completed commercial training with further training to become a certified accountant/financial accountant (IHK) or a completed bachelor's or master's degree in the field of business administration, finance, accounting or similar
Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, tax consulting, or auditing, preferably in e-commerce or digital environment
Proficient in DATEV
Understanding of online payment flows (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, Stripe) and transactions
Thorough, reliable, and structured way of working
Good communication skills in German, ideally also English proficiency
